Plain language, no tracking nonsense.
We store the information needed to run your account: username, email address, password hash, session tokens, file metadata, sharing settings, public links and contact form messages.
Your uploaded files are stored so the cloud can serve, preview, share and download them. We do not sell your files, show ads against them, or use them for marketing profiling.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are stored as hashed tokens. File previews are sandboxed where appropriate. Administrators can manage accounts to keep the service safe.
Files shared through public links can be accessed by anyone with the link. User-to-user shares are visible to the owner, recipient and administrators where needed for moderation.
If you submit the contact form, your name, email and message are stored so we can reply. Administrators can delete these messages.
One uses essential cookies for login sessions. The marketing site does not need analytics cookies.
Deleting a file moves it to trash first. Emptying trash deletes it permanently. Deleting an account removes the account and its stored files.
