One provides a business workspace with secure storage, file sharing, previews and editing tools. You are responsible for the files you upload and for keeping your login details safe.
You must provide accurate account information and use a secure password. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to attack the platform, share malware, or violate the law.
Free accounts include 5 GB of storage unless changed by an administrator. Deleted files may remain in trash for up to 30 days and still count against storage until permanently removed.
Public links can be opened by anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for what you share and for revoking links when they should no longer be accessible.
Do not upload malware, stolen data, illegal content, harassment material, or anything that infringes another person’s rights.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, failures or abuse prevention may temporarily affect availability.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of One means you accept the latest version.
